Do You Need Health Care Coverage?

Starting November 15, 2014, most Oregonians can enroll in either a private health insurance plan or the Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid through HealthCare.gov. Some people who qualify for the Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid will be better served by filling out an application with the Oregon Health Authority. Answer the questions below and we will direct you to the right place.

Are any of the following true for you or someone in your household who is applying for coverage?
  • Currently enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan and reporting a change in circumstances
  • Pregnant
  • An enrolled tribal member or eligible to use services through Indian Health Services
  • Age 65 or older
  • In need of assistance with daily activities such as walking, eating, and remembering
